We are certainly in a new day that requires different strategies to keep in touch. I am very thankful that we completed our pictorial directory project and that you provided an email address for us to contact. I want you to know that I am praying for you, for God to protect you and your family and bless you during this crisis. Please let me know if there is anything we can do for you as a church.

Since the orders came from our State Governor and County Judge, we have been challenged to discover new ways to connect and communicate. Please know that we are posting notices to our website and also on our facebook page where we are additionally livestreaming our services. This is certainly new territory for us and we began livestreaming with nothing more than a cell phone. We have since graduated to a webcam and external microphone, but are continuing to look for ways to improve. We are livestreaming Sunday School (that I am teaching), Sunday morning worship, Sunday evening Bible study, and Wednesday Prayer Service. You do not need a facebook account to view our livestreams. Additionally, we are testing a text messaging service that will allow us to send messages directly to cell phones. If you are interested in receiving updates via text messages, please reply to this message or let us know in the office.

This past Sunday, we attempted our first drive-in service using a sound system set up outside. Br. Richard led the music and Ms. Marilyn played the piano, it was really nice. Afterward, I climb a platform ladder and preached a message. We also livestreamed this service for those who could not attend. If you did not get the message concerning the drive-in service, I apologize, communication has been a real challenge. We are planning a sunrise service and another drive-in service the coming Sunday as we celebrate the resurrection of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Details to be posted on our website.

Additionally, we are encouraging Sunday school classes, bible study groups, and discipleship groups to video conference using Zoom. I know of several groups who have been successful. If you need help with Zoom, please contact me and I can help you get connected.

Finally, in an effort to continue business during this time and make sure we have the funds to pay our bills, the trustees have secured a means by which we are able to receive tithes and offerings electronically. The link is published on our website and can also be reached directly by clicking

The Lord Bless you and keep you,
Br. Daniel
